Yeah, it's too damn cold. Just picture the poor surfers in the warm parts of the US suffering because the porn they download from Canadian servers is too damn cold!

As if it makes a fucking difference what temperature it is when servers are in a nice and toasty room in downtown Toronto with controlled temperature.

keep in mind if you live in canada and open up an LLC you can't accept visa with CCBill or Paycom, you have to be incorporated in the US or EU

You cant just up and move to Canada and your problems are over because youre still a US citizen.
The only way to really make it work would be to give up your american citizenship and become a canadian citizen.

So what do canadian webmasters do?
i'd imagine its easier to just get a canadian merchant account if you are incorporated in canadia

Incoporate all over the world and settle down in a tax free country that has good weather, palm trees and beaches - beats em all!! :-)

The taxes are high, the weather is cold and rainy, we´re way too selfsufficient to accept foreigners and Bruce Springsteen plays here once every 15 years. What more could you ask for?
