I agree with this also. If not, there's gonna be many lawsuits

So if someone gets my .xxx domain and tries to sell it to me or I feel like I want it, I can sue them. Nice, makes registering them almost scary.

why the hell would they get it? what if the .net or .org sites are bigger? this statement is just for older webmasters with high priority .com names who think they are above the rest of us.

why the fuck should we all care about webmasters who registered their domains in 97 who only care about their profit margins anyway? the .xxx domains prove this in the first place. it'll be first come first serve just like it was back then. then if lawsuits are needed it will go from there, most probably will be filed with no stance at all.

you get a bigtime webmaster posting anything and everyone will agree with them even though its absolutley retarted idea.
