Do you ever wonder if the government will use toon logos as an attack vector?

I mean they went after the tobacco companies saying the toons were used in the direct promotion towards children, just makes me wonder if I should be prepared to defend myself from a lawsuit even the tobacco companies with their huge financial backing couldn't win...

"wrong" nothing here is "wrong" once one thing is regulated everything else is just in line, regulation is BAD BAD BAD.

just because you dont want to see it it makes it "wrong"? but then the millions of people who see nothing wrong with it dont matter?

I'll tell you what...
Toons are not my thing. I saw an epp of Bible Black or something along those lines and it was a bit interesting to say the least.

My feeling though: what harm is a toon going to do? If you don?t like it... move on to the next niche. Its not like it?s a snuff film or something... they are just made up characters.

And I hate to say it.. but with new laws coming out and me not having the man power to keep PERFECT records such as would be required I might have to give a toon site a whirl to see what I can do.
