Our average conversion rate is 1:20 uniques.

I think it depends on the type of traffic you send to it. I have some links on my tgp's and it doesnt do well for me at all. But I know others that love it. You may have better luck trying a different program.

It's true, all traffic converts differently. I was just stating our average. I encourage all our affiliates to check who their manager is and hit them up on ICQ to talk details of how to improve their conversion rate.

geobanner on first exit popup does 1:118
2nd exit popup (when surfer closes the 1st exit popup) does 1:297

i get real good conversions on the first page but i need to tweak the exit pages
