Would it be legal for you to have your top affiliates *sell* one of there domains to you ? They manage them and control the directnic or whois account but you appear as the owner and they ONLY host/promote lightspeed content from them?

I dont know what you mean by shadow partner. I was just thinking out loud. What made me think of it was I remember Lightspeed did something with the tawnee stone domains where he had you transfer ownership and he hosted them but you still used them..

He had to uphold his trademark to make it legal if I remember correct.
Was a good idea for both parties I believe.

Being that it's still in the regs you can't upload the shit to someone elses server without correct shit I'd say this wouldn't work.
