affiliate programs that supply 2257 if needed
 

How many affiliate programs are supplying their webmasters with the proper docs to comply with the new 2257 regulatioins?

If your a none nude, non masturbation site you need not worry about 2257. I'm interested in hardcore sites that have a need to comply.

List a few here if you know of any...

I hope none give out model IDs.

`well we have three weeks to make a decision. I plan to hang on and ride the wave. I'm sure alot will drop like flys and more will do it illegally for a while to make a buck.

However, I'm in it for the long run. I want to be legal without being paranoid. I had about 100 sponsors I was half assed promoting. Now I'm narrowing it down to just a few that will keep me in business. Those few will be determined on if:

1. they have great convertions and have paid me in the past.
2. they supply me with content to promote their sites that is in compliance with 2257.
3. they have excellent tools to export data bases in the forms that I use them in my scripts. Or, The data bases they have are easily manipulated to conform.
4. they have hosted thumbs for their FHG's!!!


They don't have to have everything just 2 or 3 things to "help" the affiliates.

Mainly I'm looking for programs that supply 2257 docs for their affilate content

haven't seen a single one, a lot are still trying to get that information themselves.

Well all our documents are in order. In was piss easy becuase we shoot our own content and have never purchased 3rd party stuff. Our affiliate program has just been relaunched using NATS software - and USC Docs will be given out to webmasters who request free custom content packs.

I want to understand -- if you hotlink an image (whether thumb or full image) in YOUR site, you dont have to go through the 2257 record keeping rigmarole?

If yes, then that's a solution --

* Find an offshore image hoster that will let you host the galleries, thumbs, basically ALL the pixels.
* Link to those galleries from your site.
* When they knock on your door you say you're not required to keep 2257 records since your server/site has absolutely no images.

Will this work?! I'm highly skeptical.. Someone tell me I'm wrong and this WILL work?

Braincash will be 2257 compliant... got 2500 scenes to prepare but we are on it full time :)
