Probability can actually work in such a way that it seems like "luck" but the odds always even out over time. Blackjack is a good example of this.

Luck on the other hand im not so sure because I know someone who seems to always win at the casino's and shit, I dont really believe in luck but why does that person always win? Hard to deny it sometimes.
