She was obviously refusing to cooperate and thought she was going to cop an attitude.. Either way its a bit embarrasing but nobody gets hurt with a taser..( well not long term anyways )

Cops sometimes forget they are there to SERVE and PROTECT , not intimidate and harrass.. The woman was not a threat , there was no need for a taser BUT i suppose sometimes cops get frustrated just like innocent people get frustrated being pulled over. As long as nobody went home hurt , and it doesnt happen on a monthly basis , i see no reason to make a fuss about it..

umm i have been hit with a taser( for just a split second , and it hurt ), and the second blast they gave her lasted several seconds ( you can hear it clicking ) Its not the end of the world, but it hurts..

I thought those tazers were for protection or self-defense, but I guess I was wrong. Yes that woman did the wrong thing when she didn´t listen, but was she a threat? Did she put a gun to his head? And the second time they chock her she tells him that she can´t get her arms behind her back, but he gives her another round. I wonder if he would do the same to someone in a wheelchair if that person didn´t get up when he asked him.

why didn't he try and pull her out of the car? he opened the door just fine and was able to see if she had a weapon or not. he should have at least attempted to pull her out before tasering her

That cop should be fired and thrown in jail. Tasers can be fatal when used on people with heart problems, and should only be used when absolutely necessary. This woman clearly wasn't a threat, so yes, this was excessive force.
