simple age verification script, who has one?

a while back someone had a neat little script which the surfer puts in his birthdate and the script either allows entry into the site or not.

anyone have this simple script?

No, they're not useless. They're actually very good at putting a complete stop to search engine robots. So if you'd like to ruin your site's search engine rankings they're perfect.
