CCBill still srewed up on 1st June...

Anyone else in the EU still have the same problem

Is this affecting signups or just stats?

Im also in EU with the same problem. Not able to login to stats. Not sure if signups go through :(

Join pages and stats / admin DO NOT load for me. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I emailed two tracerts last night at 1 am UK and they were going to look at it then and still no joy..

I also called them and there were some sales over the last few days and re-bills. I'm pissed off as I can't get to the sign up pages on any of the sites in my sig.. They told me to clear my cache which I did.. I re-booted.. I've done everything.. The tracert is the proof that' there's a prob.

I even tried accessing the stats from CCBill's main site instead of from my favourites and couldn't get in.. I can view the whole CWIE company info and that's it

Works for me now. Tried a few sites and logged in to admin and stats.

That's the problem.. Some can get through and some can't.. Here in the UK it's a no no for me, which is why I did a trace :(

The only good thing is that there have been sales from somewhere which I can't see.. LOL. I've had very few emails showing new sales and I can't find out if any are missing because of the prob. Sales are happening and I may be missing the emails.. F**K IT !!! I love CCBill and this is the first prob I've had with them since March 99.. So I'm sure it'll get fixed soon...

yeah not much we can do, just have to wait. I also love ccbill. I'm sure they are on it and hope they catch the fuckers behind this shit :mad:

oh my god my signup page is down again..I thought everything was cool because I got some sales emails overnight.

fuck... I see them going up and down, but yet our numbers are staying the same. Imagine if they were up 100% we'd be have killer days

The problem is sporadic and different parts of the world can access sign up pages and other parts can't... DUH.

Hmmm...i like ccbill, but the recent probs have been rather troublesome.

My sales are usually low, but lately really low

If anyone cannot reach our admin or our network as a whole please send an email to [email protected] with the ip you are coming from. The more we are able to collect the easier it will be to locate the problem.

Third day now, sales are down and access is impossible. Sent e-mails to CCbill but so far no change. Thinking of dropping CCbill to the #2 spot on all our sites and placing Epoch at #1 until CCbill get this shit fixed?

My login is fine - have been working on and off the last 4 hours building gallerys

Well the join pages are working for some people because I just got another sale email even though I can't login to admin or get to my own join page.

scratch that...I got two more....man I'd be on FIRE if the page was working for everybody.
