Another dumb 2257 question

Most of my sites are clothing fetish related, so the majority of the content is not "sexualy explicit" and shows no nudity. But some sets have topless women, and a few sets are sexually explicit.

So, my dumb question is... do I need 2257 paperwork for everything on the site, or just the 'actually sexually explicit' portions?

2257 regulations cover sexually explicit material, champ. If its a picture of a clothed model, no 2257 needed. If she's shoving a 2' hickory smoked summer sausage up her ass, be sure to get the 2257 info for that.

talk with a lawyer, i would take anyone else advice with a grain of salt :2 cents:

That's what I thought - and will check with a lawyer - I just don't trust the government, so wasn't sure if they had a "one rotten apple" rule where everything had to be covered if even one image was sexually explicit.

Also.... is there a definition for "sexually explicit" yet or is it still a 'community standard' thing?

It is specifically defined in a paragraph of legalese.....just look at the regs.

[sarcastic]

If you consider that Clinton never had
any sexual relationship with Miss Lewinsky, you should be ok.

Just the sexually explicit portions. Segregate these materials into a link. As mentioned before, consult with an attorney.

I mostly do clothing fetish sites too and I am still going to comply even for those pics because I don't want to find out later that some court thinks her nipples were too erect or something. If I just do it across the board life will hopefully be easier.
