I need some Image Ready Help. Makin a banana!

I have made a banana with my face on (yeah), but when I try to save it, (save optimized as..) it turns out green and all ugly colors. How can I save it like it is original?

YARGH! Increase the color count in gif settings. don't select web safe palette.
