Let's assume the FSC gets an injunction before the deadline....

Regardless of whether it covers only members or the entire industry from prosecution my question is this.

FSC gets an injunction so the DOJ doesn't go after anyone. Lets say that later (1 year, 2 years, whatever) the regulations are upheld. Would the DOJ then be able to go after everyone who left their sites as-is during the process? Or is an injunction actually keeping the laws from hitting the books while everything is figured out?

Getting the injunction doesn't mean one can break the law, it only means that the law cannot be enforced until due process runs its course.
Therefore, one must still comply with the law as of June 23rd, as is advocated by the FSC.

LOL, so regardless of an injunction or not everyone is still supposed to abide by the new regulations? I think a lot of people have been taking that a different way. Good to know.

Yeah, what he said. The laws the law injunction or not until it is repealed and no longer a law.

I predict a ton of lawbreaking webmasters in a few weeks.
