Real estate is one of the prime and highest competitive industries out there. It's a dog-eat-dog world basically.

You can go into any small town, grab the local Homes For Sale magazine and you'll seen dozens upon dozens of local agents.

Yes. And guess what? You wont find most of those agents anywhere else, except that little fucking magazine. My realtor on my first house, didnt even know what a stated mortgage was. I had to teach her shit about real estate and the process. I'm 21, and she has been in real estate biz most of her life and she was about 60.

Yes but unless I want the SELLERS agent to help me look through the house to find any possible problems, its better to bring your own. My agent knew which streets in which neighborhoods were prone to foundation problems, etc.

im going to be (seriously) looking into taking a few classes on Real Estate at my local tech school. bet the classes are filling up quick for the fall already.

i wanna do that part time on the side. something i've always wanted to do. and to be honest, i can sell people ANYTHING in person, way more easier than on the net!

Haha.. Funny.. How about this, when you go to buy a piece of property, ask your broker/agent how much property they themselves own. If it is basically their house, get a new broker/agent because you are dealing with a tool.

Would you deal with someone on GFY who was a fucktard? I mean, besides Lensman? OK, Juicy too? Hell fucking no you wouldn't! So why buy property with a shitbag who has so many skills he can't fucking afford to buy his own property?
