I came across this show last light on pay tv here in Australia, does anyone watch this show

i watched it a few times...kinda cool...

yep, is on every night around 2am here in sweden, I watch it maybe 3-4 times a week, pretty cool :)

I dont have cable tv at home, but I was in orlando at a hotel for business trip and I caught a few episodes. Some were interesting some boring. What a life. Chasing bad guys then feeling sorry for some of them.

I've seen him, but never the show. He always hunts for shady people in Chinatown and downtown Honolulu where all the crackheads and prostitutes hang out.

My wife just got a screener tape of his show. We really liked it, On the same DVD was a screener for a Robby Knievel jump... What a fuckin' drama queen that fat lump of shit is.

did you see the episode where they bearmaced eachother by accident, and they even outnumbered the guys 6 - 2 and they were screaming like girls "shit, get out of here, lets get out of here"

I just remember one episode when his brother opened a can of mace on a couple of guys, and they grabbed him and took him to the ground anyway like a punk. Even a little kid was hitting him with a broom while he was down. They all jumped in the trucks and got the fuck out of there ASAP.

Never heard about it, I guess I'm unloved. Probably wouldn't have gone anyway, I rarely go to webmaster things unless I'm going to see specific people.

i've been thinking about skydiving and basejumping so much lately.... i can't get it out of my head :(

I like watching it

Sky diving is a trip man. I suggest doing the tandum jump first, because you'll get a decent freefall and really know if it's for you or not. After that 2 "first jumps" and then you can be free falling again, with instructors of course. Not sure when me and my buddies will get back out again though.

I watched three episodes before I realised that it was real. I thought it was a comedy show like the Operation Good Guys show we have here in the UK.

I like the show once in a while ... he do a really good job ... but the weapon rate in Hawaii is REALLY REALLY low so he dosen't have much risk

Ive seen this show and I think its pretty damn good. End of the day, its not all for the cameras - he keeps it real and he gets the job done. Simple as that.

To be honest, coming from the uk, I see this guy as one of the very few good role models for american kids unlike the kind of trash you see every day on american networks and because he's really chilled out he tends to show people a side of american culture that's some way away from the "arrogant/aggressive" stereotype.

Dog deep down in his heart believes... and no matter if you agree or disagree with him, you have to respect him for believing.

You also have to respect people who make their living being the grease that makes the legal system run. Without bailbondsmen, the US jail system would be overflowing with people pending trial, and the bill would be dropped directly on taxpayer's heads.

These guys do a tough business with risky people, and have to protect their assets in the most basic way, by scooping up the people who are jumping.

I am rarely comfortable with people preaching god, and I am even less so when they have someone in handcuffs. These people are truly creepy at that point, making me wonder what A&E was thinking when they got into this. I have noticed though that as things have gone on, the god angle has been played down a bit and replaced with a bit more action, which is probably not a bad thing.

From a video production standpoint, there stuff is pretty darn good, they really get some good shots and some good interaction. This isn't the bullshit artifcial reality shows like American Chopper ("I told vinnie, I didn't think we could get this one done in time!". There is some creative editing in there, but few story changing punches. They rarely let a personal story arc overwhelm the main story of chasing down a jumper, which is good.

They are a weird bunch... but would you watch a show about 5 normal people?
