it's an adult Internet buzzword - i don't think it would get more than a handfull of type-ins. It would make a nice domain name for a revshare program, it's not worthless, just need to find somebody putting together a new revshare program who's got some money to buy a domain worth more than $9.

If I have to explain it to someone, that means they don't understand the concept of the name...But basically, there would be no searches on overture for it, because Surfers don't search for "Rebills". It is an adult webmaster/Business oriented domain currently, but may catch on in mainstream.

But feel free to do a search on all the webmaster boards or google for "Rebills" and see what you come up with.
