Been Offered $500 for MakeLarger.com - good offer right?

I'm actually brokering the sale of this domain. After exchanging a few emails I'm at $500 which i think is good. The potential buyer is also trusted since we've had previous dealings. What do the experts reckon? Should I hold out or accept the price?

Im not an expert but I like to make a quick buck, I would take that offer.

True, but I'd still take it and run, sure as hell ain't worth that much, unless developed.

I knocked back an offer of $350 for mrlarge.com but I would've accepted $500.I think the names are similar.

Thanks for the comments and of course the expected put-downs. I've been too busy to respond to the potential buyer all day and now find an offer of $650 in my inbox. The owner should be happy. :)

well, in that case just wait a few more days and see if u get any more bids, if not just mail the ones you have gotten from and tell them that $700 will take it :upsidedow
