GFY is loading really slow, and jupiterhosting.com was TIMING OUT for me just before, ran a traceroute and as you can see the problem is with Level3.

God, when DONT they have issues? (level3)

I should be getting 40-50MS if not lower pings to NYC and the surrounding area. (I get 40MS to Ch00pa)
