Mac users - help with a wierd problem
When I close my ibook it supposed to go to standby, but for some reason it goes to standby, then while it is closed, it comes back to life...and it repeats this cycle consistantly...over and over....all while the lid is closed and latched
anyone have any ideas? i checked anything I could find in the sys pref, and also checked the latch....couldn't notice anything |
No idea, I'd take it in.

How does it show it goes on?
(I think I know what this is) |
Check in your system preference OS X.3.. maybe your Battery saving/energy setting :)
Good Luck Jace :thumbsup |
Ah, fuck it. I'm not gonna wait.
It's your iBook "snoring", the light going on and off is a feature, not a defect. |
Well there is a magnetic strip on the latch that tells the computer to go to sleep. My guess is something isn't grounded correctly, or you have some shit on there that won't give it a good contact.

Its weird not wierd.

Apple is doing a recall for deffective batteries in ibooks sold between October 2004 and May 2005
