If you know of anyone that can design a flash commercial , please let me know. If you just opened up the book or downloaded a cracked version off a warez site , then please do not respond to this thread.

Ugh. You poor bastards. That makefuckingmoney banner is great. I sure as fuck hope you are outsourcing labor to some third world country. $45 is a sickening price to see you charge. As in I literally feel for you. I know it's a cost of aquisition for new clients but still.
Go find out who the large mainstream ad companies are in the nearest capital city to you. They are always looking for flash designers and you won't even have to come up with the concepts. You'll get something like $500-700 for a set of ~8-10 different sized flash banners and gifs based off the one design just resized. Or something like $300 for that one master ad and then they resize it to the different dimensions in house. You can do it all from home just like now, just put together a mainstream site with some mainstream ads and send out some nice brochures to the targetted companies.
