The one chef knocked a huge ass carp in the head with a blunt object till he knocked it out. If that isn't hardcore, I don't know what is.

Ever see the episode with the live octopii? The things were crawling away for dear life.

The only episode I couldn't bring myself to watch was the live turtle show.
