I dont think its coustom because i saw a similar script on another site.

custom coded, i'm almost certain.. there are a lot of simular scripts.. but i am pretty sure they would have gotten it custom coded to suit their needs better...

I dont think its a hard script to make. Kinda like a topsite but no scripts shit like ?bla=enter at the end, people just hardlink directly to the catagory.
