What do you do regarding SE's?

Do you do it yourself with a program or do you hire someone or an agency to do it for you?

You do not need to submit. they find you.

I do it every few months..doesn't hurt.although I hear those submission services are bullshit

I submit my site 50 times a day to google to be sure to get banned :upsidedow

Read some books on subject such as Google Hacks Exposed, Building your Business with Google etc.

I submit every 2nd Wednesday and on each full moon.

It's even better when google finds you on its own, I heard.
