"CHICAGO, IL - Responding to the confusion over ID requirements under the new 2257 regulations, attorney J.D. Obenberger of xxxlaw.net told YNOT that most of the confusion and panic over identification requirements in regard to foreign content or foreign models is a result of an incomplete examination of the regulations and statutes."

Good read, J.D. knows his shit! Too bad the big porn companies didn't consult him before announcing they were no longer working with foreign models who don't have a greencard.
Luckily we're in 100% compliance, with the exception of one guy who came to a gangbang and only had a college picture ID (not sure if thats going to be acceptable or not) but we were planning on going back to Europe to shoot with some more girls so I'm glad it looks like that'll still be ok.
I do think it's good the big companies are responding like this though, it shows we don't want to break the laws...we just want responsible laws that serve a purpose.

Well you need to remember the people with the "real answers" like JD have clients to attend to. His advice isn't free, the little snippets he gives here and there are kind of like advertising.

If you want real answers you're not going to get them on GFY or any other chat board, you need to hire someone like JD and have him go over your sites with you.
