www.i-rater.com is a pretty nice script, im sure there are better though, but its great for the price.

That's the one most of my clients use.

what features do you require ?

i have i-rater its not bad

Last I remember, maybe it has changed, Irater was solid php and all those sites using it looked the same. Like I said, maybe its different.
