2257 Solution for TGP owners and Submitters!

The new rules aren't made to protect anybody. Its made to hinder our business in their current form. So we'll do what people have done when their hindered. We'll band together and form a Guild.

Its quite simple what if TGP owners banded together and formed a type of Partnership Corporation. Since they are all "employed" by this corporation there only needs to be one copy and one place the 2257 info has to be in. I am sure sponsors, gallery submitters and content companies would prefer this method to reduce the amount of personal records being circulated.

TGP Owners:
For example Joe wants to submit galleries and use hardcore pics for a TGP Gallery. Well all he needs to do is submit the documents once to the "Guild" and every member of the guild will be able to display his images. Hardcore or not freely on their TGP pages.

For Submitters:
Example number two. The Sponsor doesn't want to release the models info to every single affiliate. Simple they release it to the guild. Every member will then be able to use it on their sites.

interesting idea...but the biggest problem (aside from some possible legal issues) is getting anymore than 2 or 3 people to agree on anything...it would turn into a big power struggle fuckfest.......

What if it wasn't actually a partnership then. Like one person would run it and the newer members would have smaller % of the business. That would eliminate power strugge bs.
