I'm suprised there aren't a bunch of "2257 Lawyer" Adwords ads yet

seems like a pretty good opportunity for a savvy lawyer.

in all honestly.. those lawyers are on other boards, this is not exactly seen as a resource board for webmasters

no i meant for Google search results. i wuold think '2257 lawyer' is an up and coming keyword phrase, since (this is an assumption) most new/semi new webmasters don't know of any 2257-savvy lawyer.

same as that mesothelia-whatever the fuck keyword.

yeah, I figure the vultures would be circling a little tighter these last few days...

maybe they dont think its worth the time since word of mouth between companies keeps them busy. what I am suprised is that there arent more lawyers pretending to know more about the 2257 regs than they do.

new and semi new webmasters pretty much know where to go for information and assistance through other boards and referrals. Networking is the fastest way to get yourself out there - and quite honestly - when larger companies can afford the bills, they really dont have time for smaller webmasters who simply cant afford them.

i think this is probably going to end up being the case. all it will take is one high-profile enforcement case and people will be clamoring for legal help. could be a boon to lawyers.

Can you elaborate on what this means?

if they're just buying adwords and routing the clicks to the sponsor, they aren't hosting any images. but if they have their own landing page, they will be responsible for that.
