Look, these new rules are major suckage for everyone, but you've got to get content from content providers who actually PROVIDE what you will need.

i totally agree with doing it, but the law was very specific about it...

so, which content suppliers are going to make it fairly easy for those of us that have spent good money with you over the years to get the documents we need now? Trust me, you make this less painful and it will be rewarded with future sales.

Bass, wow, yeah a lot of people did that, big waste of time. WE DID NOT. We always had the info showing because I had a feeling that wasn't going to be good enough in the long run on this.
