Why does someone always post '50' as the 50th post??????? Am I missing something?

I have actually been reading/posting on GFY for over 2 years, but now I changed my name since I'm back in the industry..I still don't know the 50 thing. :)

It's all about the sig views. If you post as 50th poster, your post is seen first on the second page. It keeps your name in people's heads aswell when they subconsciously register it over and over again thus possibly bringing you more business from people who are subconsciously compelled to contact you, even though they don't know why.
