That was a fucked up game, referee gave it away to Liverpool. Im the webmaster of swedens largest milan website and we are so fucking mad.

How exactly did he gave it away???

First, linesman flags for offside, referee ignores / misses it and Liverpool score. Second, it was clearly not a penalty, linesman flags like mad to alert the referee that it wasnt a penalty, he ignores it.

Third, in the shootout, Dudec takes a 1.5 meter step out several times before the penalty was struck. Clearly against the rules. Referee ignores.

Fourth, one of the penalty takers for Liverpool stops while running up to shoot, against the rules. No ref reaction.

The linesman waved before the penalty and wasn't waving because of that, its the refs choice to continue or not and after that the penalty came.

As long as he keep moving towards the ball its allowed, he didn't stop.


Anyway, Milan should have played smarter. Seriously it was 3 to 0 at halftime, liverpool changes the team a bit (plays with 3 defenders instead of 4) and milan is totally overwhelmed by it. They brought it on themselfs ;)))

Btw I am no liverpool supporter or anything I just like football and this was a great game. Mostly CL finals are pretty boring and there are hardly 2 or more goals. This was a great game for a neutral viewer ;)))
