Is it possible to work your ass off in this biz and not make money?

If you spent 12 hours a day working on whatever you do, galleries, link lists, whatever, could you fail?

It seems to me that the only factor that could effect this is if you just don't know what your doing. Knowledge is power.

If everything you do is stupid and non-productive, then yes its possible to work your ass off and not make shit. Just ask half the people on GFY, they are still trying to figure it out.

I average 8.78 posts per day, I'd hardly call that post whoring. I also make mid 6 figures per year and i only work a couple hours a day... like i said, most people are still trying to figure it out :Kissmy

what do you mean by "not make money"?

you mean working 12 hours daily and making just $1k per month or not making anything?

PA: I was thinking work all the time and not make enough to support yourself.

I've been working normal 9-5 type hours for BRS Cash for a while now, and I more recently just started coming home and working on my own stuff until I go to bed. The $$$ is starting to come in, but I'd definitely have a lot more $$$ right now if I put those extra hours into a normal hourly paying job.

I am sure there are plenty of fresh fish actually listening to half the advice on GFY and still trying to figure out why they are not making money from their one bedroom apartment placing tiny classified ads.

Well, dont expect it to happen overnight. That used to happen back in 96 & 97 but things have changed since then. If you keep hacking away at it, you'll get there.
