This girl could have wound up the way she seems to be if it is her in several ways. It's possible she was always like that(less likely in my mind). It's also possible she has abused drugs to this point(more likely to me). Another possibility is she suffered some sort of mental breakdown due to the stress of the whole HIV thing. Who knows.

Drugs are probably a part of it, a large one even, but mental illness and/or retardation seem likely to be strong contributing factors. I've seen quite a few junkies who've heavily used for decades and haven't gone nearly as far as this.

But even if it were the drugs that got her to this point, using her in porn would still be using a severely mentally impaired person in porn. And going by what people are saying, it doesn't seem like she was much more stable/sober before the whole thing happened.

It depends on the degree of "retardation." I'm not sure of the legal threshold in the USA but I'm sure if it dips below a certain level the model would be legally deemed to be incapable of contract much less consent to sex acts. A combination of many things. I met her last year a few days after being diagnosed. She does use drugs, but the biggest factor is the mental breakdown. When I met her she was a well dressed and looked well-kept she was angry at Darren James and Mark Anthony but that was all. She voiced her only concern, which was that her parents dissowned her. She was very distraught over this issue.
