Anyone Have A Good 2257 Summary/Overview
 

Does anyone have a good summary of what has to be done for the 2257 regs. I know there are tons of threads and I have looked over the Federal Register but I was wondering if anyone had a reliable, quality summary that puts in laymens terms exactly what we need to do to be compliant.

There are already some precedences set especialy if you live in the 10th Circuit Court's jurisdiction (Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Kansas & Oklahoma). Judge (no pun intended) for yourself though and consult a lawyer if you are unsure.
