Spam - How do they do this?
Let's say I sign up an email account I did it with yahoo twice and got spamed with in one day of signing up I used a name like [email protected] then I did it [email protected] and some how the spammers find out right when you sign up and start sending spam but when I sign up something like [email protected] I get no spam whats the deal how do they know your email address? It's pretty smart how they do this.

I think the programs create random usernames & then test the email, if it works, bingo they'll email the shit outta you. I just love the 1500-2000 spams I receive daily - I barely open my personal emails anymore other than gmail.

u could take a common name list from one domain and search and replace with another, it must be something like that if the common ones get hit faster
or previous account user was on a list, and as trixxxia said they scan them but when they do so often start with the common name then run alphanumeric combos off that then try the next name etc.. . :Oh crap :disgust |
