A piece of software anyone could buy at the reasonable price they would make a boatload of money. Its really a simple database.

It can be done in Access, which a lot of people here prolly have already on one of there old PC's.

I used Clarion to make mine, it's an OOP DB code generator with a windows installer module for wrapping the program up into an .exe. Took less than 4 hours from start to finnish.

Filemaker Pro would be a VERY easy way for anyone with limited database knowledge to build their own.

Yeah I think it's a basic way to do it.

Actually we?ve had an online data application/database system with bonded disaster secure storage of original documents. It has the option of displaying ?sanitized? online versions, affiliate distribution and notification of addition, scanning service, PDF downloads, link to scene/model associated retrievial, original producer verification and notification system for retrieval requests and a few other features. We?re just waiting to hear back from the lawyers that its matches the letter of the law and will protect webmasters. We?ll announce something in the coming week when we receive that verification.
