Called the Hotel to book 5 rooms today for Internext FL... and there sold out... FUCK...

You have to say you're going for Internext. If you just ask for rooms on certain days, the computer tells the reception person that the rooms are all gone.

those rooms are just booked. you can count that alot of rooms will clear up come convention time

I'm having someone call the hotel to ask them to be a little smarter. Thanks.

while you are at it, could you tell us how many rooms are left? i mean if this is really the rush time ill go ahead and book now, i just didnt figure the place selling out so early

I called with my Strwood Prefered card, so they probably had no idea it was for internext.... just re-called and all is good... got my rooms...

it isn't...
there is still a lot of the small sized rooms available... if you want those I wouldn't worry.

This was going to be my first ever convention.

Can someone suggest another good hotel to stay at near the convention?

There are lots of rooms left. I recommend though, that you call and book soon just to be on the safe side.

We just booked our room yesterday. King size, non smoking, ocean front is sold out. We had to get 2 double beds to get an ocean front room.

Put the beds together and you'll have all the more fun!! :winkwink:

Cant see it selling out this year at all- too many people are pissed off at the price increase and are not attending. I anticipate a much smaller show
