What does 2257 mean for us? Expert opinions/facts please.
TGP Owners?
Gallery Makers? Blogs? Paid Sites? Content Producers? Those are generally the main types of sites. What does a webmaster for each type need to follow to comply with 2257? Please take into consideration the ownership of content. Yours, licensed to you or sponsor content. Any expert facts/opinions would be greatly appreciated. |

The search needs to get back.

"expert opinions" and "facts"?
on gfy? now THAT is optimism. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |
if you want expert facts/opinions, consult an attorney
|
and which one of us would you wish to stand and speak for you in court when you are brought before a judge?? your asking people who have nothing more than an opinion and guesses as to what they feel is right. I think its worth while for you to contact the free speech people and ask them for a good lawyer that knows internet law and had previous experience with 2257 rather than trust some kid in a basement who gives you an answer he thinks you want to hear.

FACT: It means your fucked if you don't have your shit together.

I dont think any real experts (Lawyers) have really had time to analyse it and report in yet.....
I doubt they will without a few dollars anyway.... Trial and error I suppose - Watch out for "I have been done" threads and dont do what they did |
