U.K. High Court Blocks Adult Video Sales Over Web

LONDON ? In a stunning legal decision, the United Kingdom?s highest court has ruled that explicit adult videos cannot be sold over the Internet.
Further, high court justices said Monday that the videos cannot be sold through mail order or by phone. The court said the aim of the law was to stop the material from falling into the hands of children.

We get past this by having the videos sent to customers via a foreign country. It is a pain but it has to be done.

The internet was always in it. It is more to do with how the content is distributed. People have gone to prison for putting porn videos in the mail.

hmm.. that sucks!

The ironic thing is that its ok for other european counteries to send vids through the post to the consumer in the uk, just not ok for uk companies to send them to uk consumers.
