Alexa tracks the sites that the users of their toolbar visit. Which is why it isn't exactly the most accurate medium of web statistics there is.

Sextracker only counts main page hits (or you should take a site counter, instead of a page counter). Freeones is much bigger than just 1 page. Not all my visitors reach teh main page everyday and therefore Freeones is ranked a little lower on Sextracker

Alexa is a fair tool if you're looking to compare apples to apples amongst established sites.
