You can't bill via SMS in the US right now, for adult anyway.
The phone companies are concerned about the bad press, so they aren't allowing it. You might be able to get away with adult chat or something like that, but mostly it's just for selling ringtones and games right now.
Are you looking to sell adult content to mobile users? Or just charge for your existing site via SMS? We might be able to help you out.
