Offshore Banking and Taxes
 

I'm an american citizen and I want to setup an offshore company with bank accounts in a south american country. I dont plan on bringing any of the money sent to those bank accounts into the usa. Am i still required to report that income to the irs even if i wont be bring it into the states?
