Just got our first cancellation for not having exclusive content.
 

Well not exactly a cancellation more a non repeater. This is the email he sent, seems he screwed up cancelling the rebilling option.

We are way over 1,000 sign ups on www.paulmarkhamteens.com, and we just lost a rebill.

What's this I hear about exclusive is the only way to go?

Seems not to worry a lot of people. But this guy did come from an affiliate who has his own site mostly made up with our content. :winkwink:

If you are at 99.99% rebills I will send you more traffic then you know what to do with. However, we all know that could not possibly be true.

Your costumer is correct. because if you have the same content like million another websites you will have the same problem with another customers.... In now days you should have really your own content or exclusive content like we have. We have not such messages. He will get tons of emails like that or people will just cancel without an email at all. At least that member emailed him to point out the members areas short comings. Charly has AWESOME content, but its VERY non-exclusive. He shot it all and has been selling it over and over for years. then recently, he opened a website, (not a bad looking site I might add) with all his own content that is in nearly members areas of every site, as filler in the world. I dont blame him, its an income source that should be taken advantage of. However, Charlys content is some of the most over-saturated stuff out there. Its great, clean stuff, but its everywhere. If I see that Petra girl one more time I am going to slice my wrist.. haha I dont care that she is as hot as fuck anymore. hehe

It has to be a typing error or something. I mean he has to know that no one would buy that 1 lost rebill out of 1000 sales story. He had to have mis-typed that. Charly, dispite his non-exclusive soap box now and then is a good guy. Must be a mistake.

I think maybe he means it was the first cancellation they received where the reason for the cancellation was the non-exclusive content.

I never said that, I said I had my first cancellation and it was a bit of irony that I added he only cancelled the rebill.

We rebill about 50% from what I can see so far. Average stay is running at just over 2 months.

A license that does not allow distribution to affiliates, ony 10 URLs and we mostly sell to people with 1-2 sites. Not programs who wll put it on 20 sites and give it to affiliates.

Yes after 1,000+ members signed up I got a guy who decided he has seen it before and will only stay one month.

Exclusive that's given to 1,000 affilaites gets more exposure than any of our sets.

yes it was the first cancellation we got who said it was for the fact he's seen the content before. What the others missed was where he came from. One of our clients who send us membership traffic.

Mostly they sign and stay,this guy did not. Very few of our clients have all our content on.

To listen to allthe EXCLUSIVE is the way to go guys, you wouldthink my non exclusive site wouldget charge backs daily. To date not one, had about 5 cancellations though.

It seems the 3 new sets a day is what they really like. 3 sets they have not seen keeps them happy as Larry.

Shooting Maniac shoots for $200 a set with all the videos thrown in. I sell a set 7 times I make more money. He says stuff is saturated. Wish it was I would not open a paysite if that were the case.

How many times do you have to sell a set that is for members areas only to saturate it. 10, 20, 50 times?

So it seems he was a member of two sites we sell to and still not totally pissed.

The teen market is about getting the babes up and little else.

The exclusive market is about adding a twist to the content,such as Bang Bus. Just shooting another teen exclusive on a bed with a dildo is just another teen with a dildo.

The cost of adding exclusive is going to mean you add 1/5 of what you could add non exclusive. Show me the surfer who wants to pay the same money for the same style of content and get 4/5 less for his money? Just the same girl on a different bed and different dildo most of the time. WOW that's really exclusive and he get's 1-3 sets like that a week. I add over 3 like that a day.

SM keep shooting for peanuts, we make more money from magazines than you make from exclusive, and mags are our second market.

How can you cancel anything other than a rebill? You've already paid for everything up to that point.

Yes 50% stay for a monh or longer, seems the 3 new sets a day is what keeps them. Maybe we should move t up to 4 or 5 a day. Even 6 is possible.
