my motorcycles cell phone. it was sitting next to my motorcycle in my back yard. im not 100% sure they were trying to steal it, but either way someone was in my backyard. what would be the best thing to do? i'm thinking if i turn it into the police they will just have to give it back to them because they cant really prove anything.

Keep it. They'll call. Then you can start questioning them. They were trespassing, which is illegal.

most people are stupid when it comes to entering names in their phone...always assume the worst will happen if you lose your phone, especially a nextel. Preventative naming prevents 4 am calls to your mother asking for good head. :glugglug

nah it was just his friends in the phone. i reverse look up'd every # (there was only about 10) and i got one persons address about a half mile from me.
