New Section For The Bad Designers?

I know I have used some dudes from here and when I say I have seen kids design better with a colour book I mean it and then they have the balls to charge for it.

One guy I used even made a copy of a site and told me it was one he made jezzzzz its bad.

There are some very good guys here who know their stuff and give the goods as expected and we are happy to pay them but there are others who should be named here as its this board that gives them the platform to sell from.

I would love to see a section where people who used the services here say if they are happy or not.
Let the dog see the rabbit so we know who is who. If they have pride in their work let them stand by it.

I agree... I have seem some work that is just horrible. Like the guys (who are color blind) just got photoshop an hour before and decided to make graphics.

Just cut to the chase and name some names.

I will name names and not only that I will post pictures and address ph numbers ect if allowed :)

Portfolios can be copied and made very easy could even do that myself infact one of the guys I used ..I could do a better copy than the one he made me.

I just think If I could see a few happy posters in a section that feel they had a good service then thats the place I want not some dude who calls me on icq ans tells me how cheap he is and how great his work is.

I have shown guys samples of the quality I want and they tell me they can do better but when i see the work its crap not only that I almost end up building the dam site :)

Well I understand its against the rules thats why I will not just post them now thats not to say I would not setup a board to name them.

If I pay people for work and they dont give what I paid for then I feel I have the right to name and shame.

Names they can change bad work they can hide but payment info makes it a bit harder for them to hide.

Making a copy of somebodys work and calling it your own is bad cut and paste work is bullshit thats not what I pay for.

No skill in stealing if thats the case we could all put up front pages and take the cash and run :) I say give the goods stand by your work or get out of the game.

Name em all let the good guys get the work ;)

If they are scammers I personally destroy them till they go somewhere else.

Many adult (all) website designers are premadonna, emotionally unstable, design-school rejects who can't comprehend functional design - so they rip off those very few peers who understand that. It doesn't help the cause that people who hire "designers" ask "I want my website to look like that website" either.

I'm not a designer, nor have I been forever on the web, but after seven years, I've seen few designs that have caught my attention as being innovative, alluring and functional and have met even fewer designers that were a pleasure to work with who could do anything near the designs worthy of at least minimum wage.

My dog shits out more inspirational designs than many of the carbon copy website designs out there, these days.
