Anyone having problems with Stats Remote?
 

The past couple days my Stats Remote has been pretty useless, I would guess that it started with the last update. When was that, Wednesday or Thursday?

I have about 40 sponsor entries, only 20 or so are working. As in, it seems like they aren't even trying to log-in. Instead of the solid blue or red box to the left of the sponsor name, there's nothing. Its just blank.

For the sponsors it is working for, I end up getting additional sales that never happened. I check my stats from yesterday and it lists 2 sales that I know didn't happen. This makes it pretty hard to determine how a sponsor is doing.

Anyone else have this problem? It either has to be a bad update or maybe I have corrupted files?

So I'm the only one who uses Stats Remote?

What's wrong with you people? I start a thread about Little Debbie snacks and I have 5 replies within 10 minutes. I start a thread about Stats Remote, a program that EVERY webmaster should have, and nobody makes a peep.

I'm not experiencing the exact problems you are.

One thing that does happen, every night, certain sponsors show sales that don't exist, but it's more like it shows the period sales, not that days.

The only time my program acts like yours as far as not trying to log in and check the stats and showing no box, is when the day rolls over (3am for me). I have to shut the program and re-open it so that it gets a chance to "reset" for the new day. After that it works fine.

No problems for me, except Sic Cash. It's giving me twice as many sales. I tried to reset the stats, but still the same thing.

I still haven't update it ... but works fine for me.
