A program that will extract screen shots from WMVs and MPEGs???

Whats a good program that will extract screen shots from WMVs and MPEGs by setting in a time sequence etc.. something that will automatically pull out screenshots in an oder that you set...?? :)

SnatchIt will automatically take a given number of screenshots from a video. So if you can pick your desired number of images or since you know the length of the vid you can figure the number that will give you the time interval between screenshots that you desire.

I have used Snatch It and quite a few others. Personally I think the quality you get from programs that do it automatically is crap. We now do it all by hand.

That is what we use and do it frame by frame. It is a great free program. It is also my default image viewer.
