You're account should work. I go through periods where I dont' submit a gallery for a long time and mine's been fine.

And yes, it hasn't been working for me.

i am able to login to krawl right now, although it's been finnecky all day.

it loads fine for me as well only thing is their backend doesnt seem to be working properly, try submitting a gallery -- it seems to hang.
