Just wanted to give a public thanks to these guys and recommend them to anyone looking for a great dedicated or virtual package. My dedicated server that runs one of my mainstream sites went down tonight around 11pm, contacted live support via their front page, talked with Sami who has been a constant help to a complete server noob like me, had the problem figured out in minutes (cooling fan died, overheat..etc..) and had a tech fix it and was back online in probably 20 minutes.

Woo hoo .. I am glad i am not the only one to always bug Sami!! He has done some great work for me whenever I have had issues... He is even nice when the issues are my own damn fault!
