    So Gateway / DHL seem to have "misplaced" my laptop ...

    Sent it in for service using an "EZ Return" box on Monday. Supposed to get their Tuesday, but there's still no sign of it at Gateway.

    DHL seems to be having a hard time finding it in their records as well...

    Good thing I backed up all the important files and got the insurance, but damn, if they don't find it I am gonna be pisssssssedddddd!
