Besides, that Tana is such a fake, full of b.s., backstabbing, belittling and just plain annoying wench, it will set the women's equality movement back 10 years if she wins. (And show once again, that two-faced weasels always finish first in the corporate game)

But I'd bet that for most of the people that apply, the "winning" and associated fame of being on TV for all those weeks is the real motivator.

The "15 minutes" concept is a pretty powerful drug in a celebrity-obsessed nation like the US of A (and to a lesser degree, us, your northern and mostly insignificant neighbours)

You know, I can't blame you for that observation. I'd think/say the same thing. But it's the ONLY current TV show I watch, besides the news. No sitcoms, no CSIs, no reality shows (except the Apprentice, obviously). I can't stand TV in general. Except this...

I confess, I just got sucked into the drama of these mostly pathetic, self-absorbed back-stabbers fighting each week ... perhaps coming from a few scary corporate environments, it hits close to home? Whatever, I love it and I am not even in the ballpark of "HOMO" - if you could, i'd suggest just ask anyone who knows me.

seems to me like Kendra had it in the bag after the last task - she handled the sponsors really well, and her team liked her. The other chick? BOO!!

Kendra will most likely win as Trump will pull out the "personality card" and show how Tana treats her employees with much disrespect. That's why they put so much emphasis on this in the previous episode.

Tana was doing so well, too, until last week.

Never bad mouth your employees to the sponsors or to Caroline. Bad move.

And, her attitude toward the Governor and things that weren't getting done? And, not proof reading? Very bad move.

I knew Kendra had it, although I wasn't crazy about her, especially with all the whining she did with Craig, who was paternalistic and condescending; but, every time she has led a team, she comes through and she's creative as all hell.

She treated her flaky team with dignity and they pulled through for her. She has earned it.

Having said that, the first season has been, by far, the best......out of all three.

It so lucked like Kendra should after the last show but then in the boardroom it was as if she went down hill. Tana sure is scrappy but I think Kendra should win as she performed her task much better. Trump likes scrappy people though so I'd say it is a toss up. Could go either way. We'll find out soon - probably when the East Coasters start posting here.

Tana was great all the time - then on the last task it's like she became and incompetent nincompoop! All this time Kendra's been a whiny baby who couldn't win a discussion or arguement with anyone.

Anyhow, based on Tana's lack of respect for the governor, her failure to proofread the brochures, her lack of respect for the employees she was managing - I think she'll hear the words - YOU'RE FIRED!

According to Trump, he listens to his wife's advice too on candidates (from interview on Larry King - I watched just to see his goddess wife. Wow. "First you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the Slovenian model trophy wife!").

My guess is the wife goes with Kendra.
